We are a small consulting office with a deep understanding of human resources,  leadership and learning. We balance academic knowledge  with a rich experience as practitioners.

We are passionate about what we do, and work to the highest international standards. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality advice and programmes.

With a combined experience of over 40 years, we have a deep understanding of education, and in the delivery of learning material.  We have worked in different parts of the world, and we appreciate the nuances of Kuwait's unique culture.  We work with teams and organisations of different sizes, within different  sectors, and in numerous industries.

Learning and Development

We design and deliver training seminars in many disciplines including general management, strategy, marketing, enhancement of soft skills, and project  management. These are usually standard courses; our strength is in the innovative ways use to deliver this training.

We also offer some unique programmes covering culture, personal development and teaching and learning skills.

Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

Kuwait is a country of young aspiring leaders.  We coach leaders with our in-depth knowledge of the latest research in the area of leadership and governance, as well as our experience in working in Kuwait.  Our clients work in the public sector, the oil companies and in private companies.

We offer a one-to-one mentoring programme which provides us with the opportunity to grow with our mentees, and foster a relationship built around an understanding of their ever-changing challenges.  We often find ourselves learning from them as much as they do from us.

Working with leading training providers and consultants, primarily from the United Kingdom, we offer training programs and workshops that we design specifically for our clients in Kuwait, tailored to their needs and objectives.

We work with organisations in creating and monitoring their learning strategies, starting with conducting training needs analysis, as well as measuring impact and return on investment.

and Studies

Qualitative and quantitative research, including survey design, in-depth interviews and focus group facilitation. We also work on literature reviews, specialised reports, TOR design and concept-note development, and evaluation reports.

Advisory and Consulting

We offer business advisory and consulting to private companies, educational institutions and government entities.  We also work with start-ups and SMEs.

Our specialisation is in human resources, change management, and organisational development.

Our project management experience is in the areas of graduate and leadership development training, recruitment, strategy development, transformation and change management.

We work with companies that offer something special. Quality is always our priority.  We are therefore very selective in only working with best-in-class providers .  Our work in Kuwait  is offered under the WestFive name, and is always under our direct supervision.

We share WestFive's news and updates on our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.  We also mention interesting conferences and events that we participate in and attend.  Follow us to stay updated and to keep in touch.

WestFive was established in 2018 after doing some consulting work for international companies entering the Kuwait market, providing advisory services to start-ups, and running training workshops for local companies.  Establishing a legal entity became the natural next step for us to grow and to work formally with our partners from the UK.

The name WestFive comes from W5, the post code of Ealing, a leafy west London suburb.  Ealing has been and remains an integral part of our lives since 1988.

Our vision is to make WestFive a name synonymous with quality advice, world-class material, and superior delivery, always remaining client-focused.

Our mission is to provide advisory that is relevant and applicable;  to design bespoke training programmes for individuals, teams, and organisations; and to coach and mentor Kuwait's young leaders by enabling, inspiring, nurturing, and empowering them to achieve their personal and organisational goals.
